Water, Maltodextrin, Sticky rice starch, Fructose, Taurine, Betaine (0.5g/gel), Glucoronolactone. Acidity regulators (Citric acid, Sodium citrate), Natural flavouring. Elderberry extract, Caffeine. Perservatives (Sodium benzoate, Potassium sorbate), Gelling agent (Gellan gum), Sweeteners (Acesulfame K, Sucralose), Sodium chloride. Vitamins (C, B3, B5, B2, B6). 

Directions for Use:
Consume for a burst of power. Always keep hydrated. High caffeine content (75mg per gel). Not suitable for children under 15, pregnant or lactating women. Do not consume more than 5 gels per day. Store in a cool dry place.
