Water, Maltodextrin, Real fruit (20%)(Mango (10%), Passion fruit (4%), Banana, Orange juice), Sticky Rice Starch, Fructose, Acidity regulators (Citric acid, sodium citrate), Natural Flavouring, Preservatives (Sodium benzoate, Potassium sorbate), Vitamin C, Sodium chloride, Natural Sweetener (Stevia), Elderberry extract. 

Directions for Use
Consume up to 3 sachets per hour during exercise as required. Always keep hydrated. Store in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate.
