Protein Blend (47%) (Pea protein isolate, Rice protein hydrolysate), Maltodextrin, Fat reduced Cocoa powder, Dextrose, Fructose, Electrolytes (Calcium citrate, Sodium citrate, Magnesium citrate, Zinc citrate), Natural Flavouring, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Natural Sweetener (Stevia), Vitamins (B3, B5, B6).

Directions for Use
Add 5 level scoops (50g) to 400ml of water in your Secret Training shaker, and shake vigorously, ensuring the lid is firmly closed. For best results consume within 30 minutes after completing exercise.
