The Trenta 3K Carbon is our most ventilated road helmet, refined inside the Tube, our in-house wind tunnel. The 3K Carbon Airframe reinforces the internal structure while opening wider air channels to maximise cooling during hot rides, long climbs, and sustained, high-intensity efforts.

Aero-Engineered

The Trenta 3K Carbon has been tested in the Tube, our proprietary wind tunnel, using aero and thermal cell-equipped headforms capable of analyzing drag and temperature variations generated by airflow.

The new construction achieves a 40% improvement in the Virginia Tech test — the world’s most recognized independent safety rating protocol — earning 5 stars and one of the best scores ever recorded.

3K Carbon Technology

The construction of the MET Trenta 3K Carbon Mips® is the highest level on the market. Our R&D team have taken advantage of carbon fibre’s elastic modulus which allows us to reduce the density of the EPS foam by 20%, without affecting the capacity of the helmet to absorb energy. The result is a lightweight yet better-performing shell that sets a new standard for ventilated helmet design.
