How can I be eligible for free shipping?

All orders over AED 100 will qualify for free shipping in UAE. Orders below AED 100 will be charged AED20 for delivery charges.

How soon can you deliver?

We typically deliver all orders within 2-4 working days anywhere in the UAE. Remote Areas may take slightly longer.

Do you provide any warranty?

All of our products are covered under the manufacturers standard warranty which we extend onward to all our customers.

Do you deliver the bikes assembled?

All our bikes are assembled by our team of professional technicians at Cycle Souq with quality checks at every stage to ensure the bike is delivered to you in perfect condition.

Is there somewhere I can come and see the bike before I make the purchase?

Since we are an online only store we do not have any retail space. This allows us to eliminate the cost of the retail space and pass on those savings to our customers in the form of better pricing.

Do you deliver to countries outside the UAE?

Apart from UAE, we also deliver to Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

What is your policy on returns?

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

You may get in touch with our customer service team within 14 days of purchase and they will be happy to assist you, its that simple!

If I pay for my order with a Credit or Debit Card, how long will it take to process my refund?

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 14 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
