Ingredients:
Water, Maltodextrin, Sticky Rice Starch, Fructose, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate), Natural Flavouring, Preservatives (Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate), Gelling Agent (Gellan Gum), Natural Sweetener (Stevia), Sodium Chloride. 

Directions for Use:
Consume up to 3 sachets per hour during exercise as required. STEALTH isotonic gels do not need to be consumed with water. Always keep hydrated. Store in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate.
