Use this grease to grease your bottom bracket bearings, steering head bearings, wheel bearings and hubs to protect them from corrosion and thus rust and parts sticking. How to use:
Step 1 Remove all parts sitting in front of the bearings as a seal and make sure the industrial bearing or loose balls are visible.
Step 2 Remove the industrial bearing or balls from the bike or wheels and clean them with Bionet. Also make sure everything around the bearing is nice and clean.
Step 3 Grease the bearing or ball with Road Grease and put the bearing or ball back in the bike or wheels.
Step 4 Replace all parts sealing the bearings in the correct order.
