A complete protein is one which contains all 9 essential amino acids to facilitate muscle repair (16). As the Mocha bar is 100% plant-based it was essential to combine Pea & Brown Rice Protein to provide a complete amino acid profile making the Mocha perfect for refuelling & 100% Vegan too. Hazelnuts are also packed full of protein, heart-healthy fats and disease-fighting vitamins and minerals. Regular consumption of hazelnuts may even reduce inflammation (41)...now that is good news for recovery!
