The Garmin Varia RearVue 820 Radar Tail Light combines advanced rear-facing vehicle detection with a bright tail light to help keep you informed and visible on the road. Its radar tracks approaching vehicles from up to 175 metres away, while a 60° radar beam provides a wide detection area. The rear light offers visibility from up to 2 km away, with an integrated brake light that changes its flash pattern when you slow down or stop.

Connect to a compatible Garmin Edge cycling computer, Garmin smartwatch, or the Varia smartphone app to receive approaching-vehicle alerts. Advanced tracking provides vehicle size, lateral position, and threat information on supported devices. Four light modes, customisable patterns, and up to 24 hours of battery life in day flash mode make it suitable for daily riding and longer road or gravel adventures.
